In his new position, Romig will be responsible for driving increased sales and market share throughout North America and in various export markets. All regional sales managers, specialty product managers as well as customer service and technical service representatives will report to him.
A veteran operations executive with extensive training in quality management, Lyons will be responsible for HTP manufacturing, purchasing, scheduling, parts, warehousing and shipping functions. His key focus will be on accelerating improvements in operations, customer satisfaction, quality and safety.
Romig has extensive industry sales and marketing experience, previously working as director of marketing for NIBCO, Inc., vice president of sales for Global OEM Corp., and general manager for specialty valve manufacturer Cash Acme. He also worked in marketing at Rheem Water Heaters and Volvo Trucks North America.
Prior to joining Heat Transfer, Lyons served in engineering, operations and quality management roles at multiple divisions of Tyco as well as AT&T Bell Labs. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Brigham Young University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
“Todd and Jon possess the skills and experience to make an immediate positive impact in their new roles,” says Martin. “As we continue to respond to customer needs with innovative new products, we’re confident that the abilities of both men will help Heat Transfer Products maintain an industry-leading position in all aspects of our business.”
